Peter Bulgarelli is the executive vice president, office operations, for Ventas and serves as president and CEO of Lillibridge Healthcare Services, a fully integrated medical office building operating company and wholly owned subsidiary of Ventas.
Mr. Bulgarelli has served as a member of the Ardent board of directors since he joined Ventas in 2018 following a successful 28-year career at Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc., a global professional services firm specializing in real estate. There he led the company’s industry-focused businesses and was responsible for the establishment and management of Jones Lang LaSalle’s integrated healthcare services business.
In addition to serving on the board of directors of PMB Real Estate Services, Mr. Bulgarelli is a member of the Urban Land Institute Healthcare and Life Sciences Council and is chair emeritus of the Chicago Board of the American Diabetes Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
