Ron Stern
President, Albuquerque Division
As president of Ardent’s Albuquerque Division, Mr. Stern oversees the operations of Lovelace Health System, which includes four hospitals, 15 neighborhood healthcare centers, a health plan, and more than 5,000 physicians and medical professionals statewide.
Prior to joining Lovelace in 2005, Mr. Stern served as chief executive officer of Century City Hospital and Midway Hospital Medical Center in Los Angeles, Calif. In this role, he led two acute care hospitals in adjoining communities, serving distinctly different patient populations.
Mr. Stern received his master’s degree in healthcare administration from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree from Baruch College, City University of New York.
