Neil Hemphill
Senior Vice President, Human Resources/Administration
As senior vice president with responsibility for human resources and administration, Neil Hemphill brings more than 20 years of health care experience to his position. Prior to joining Ardent in 2004, he spent five years with LifePoint Hospitals as senior vice president of human resources. Earlier in his career, he held a similar position with Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation. Mr. Hemphill holds a master’s of business administration from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.
